Not a very pleasant stay at all, the air con in my room was not working during this week (hottest week in June ever). I couldn’t sleep and when I could I was waking up in a pool of my own sweat. I ended up having to go to the cinema to get some sleep because it had air con. Tried to change rooms on numerous occasions but they said there was no space and all the rooms on my floor didn’t have working air con. Probably best to avoid this place during the summer. I still have one night here, wish me luck

Loved my room. Hate the layout of the building. It's a bit of a maze when you're far away from the lobby, and I kept getting lost when trying to get out of the building. There simply weren't enough way points to find your way out. My recommendation to Mercure would be to get your next new starter to find their way to the lobby from the furthest point of the hotel, unaided, and mark the points where they get confused and think signage would have helped. The experience will be different from 510, 410, 310 etc. So be sure to do them all.

Very grateful to Markuss, Evisa, and Kitija for their help in the restaurant for the attentive and friendly service. Maritia at the recepción helped us with checkin and check out with friendliness and a smile.

We were part of 162 and being part of the admin team we always have the fear of not pleasing everyone. This time Mercure was perfect for myself and can speak for many other guests. Everyone was friendly from reception to breakfast staff. Also being part of the long walk we had our breakfast ready at 6 am and that included hot breakfast. Sevatna was great. Well done and keep up the good work
