Miranda has to be the laziest rudest meeting host i have ever had to encounter In all my years. Late showing up so was 15 minutes late to my meeting in what was a subpar room with so much noise. Wasn’t very helpful either as numerous times as I’d go past her desk it would take 2 minutes for a response as she would be watching something. Speaking to some staff as well to ask If it’s always like this to get a response of “yeah, you get used to it”. I was considering getting a permanent office there as the business is growing but it would be a waste of money for a soulless block in the building a manager who has clearly given up on clientele and herself. Just a sour host and a sour experience. A response would be appreciated. Thank you

Our experience with Regus has been nothing short of infuriating. After vacating our office, we were assured there were no issues with the condition of the space. However, Regus is now attempting to unjustly deduct £406 from our deposit for a "clean-up" fee, despite the fact that we were never informed of such a charge before renting the office. We only became aware of this fee through a poster after we had already signed the agreement, which is a blatant example of hidden charges. It has now been over a month since we first requested our deposit back through the Regus app, which is supposedly the correct process. Despite following all the steps and even resubmitting our request, the app continues to delay our refund, and our money is still being withheld. The lack of communication and transparency from Regus is completely unprofessional. We’ve made several complaints directly to the manager, but he has been entirely unempathetic and unhelpful. Rather than addressing our concerns, he has dismissed them, insisting that the issue lies with us, which has only added to our frustration. Adding to this, Regus was dishonest about the office space itself. The space was mis-sold to us, and the promises made during the initial viewing were not honoured. The managers failure to address our concerns, coupled with the lead office representatives (Of Fort Dunlop) misleading information about the restoration fee, has been nothing short of frustrating. Their actions, or lack thereof, seem deliberately designed to extract as much money as possible from tenants, without providing the service they promise. This experience has left us questioning the integrity of Regus as a company, especially when compared to the glowing promises made on their website and during the initial viewing. We have already lodged formal complaints, and we will continue to escalate this matter if our deposit is not returned promptly. Our dealings with Regus have been deeply disappointing and have caused us significant stress and financial strain. We will be sharing our experience across various platforms to warn potential customers about the unethical practices we encountered. I strongly urge anyone considering Regus to think twice before engaging with them. Their lack of professionalism, transparency, and disregard for customer rights is alarming and should serve as a warning to all prospective clients.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Fort Dunlop operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Regus may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

  • Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Regus.
