Disappointing Experience at Aspire Lounge (North), Birmingham Airport Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend the Aspire Lounge (North) at Birmingham Airport. Cons: - Very limited food options – not much variety available. - The lounge felt uncomfortably warm and stuffy. - Small space with an outdated feel that doesn’t justify the price. - Staff insisted on “checking for availability” even though there were clearly plenty of empty tables and seats. Pros: - Complimentary food and drinks, including alcoholic options. - Decent view of the planes from the windows. Overall, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. For the cost, I expected a more comfortable and modern environment with better food variety and service. I’d suggest considering other lounges or options at the airport instead.

Frequently use this lounge. Would like to say the staff are always exceptional in their attitude. Particularly those that were working early hours on the 17th October. Travelling early and having such lovely people greet you makes such a difference to the travel experience. Thank you.

Don’t waste your money on this lounge food absolutely terrible and the drinks are all bottles of cheap beer.

At £35 per person I would have expected to have spirits and prosecco included! It was £2 a glass of Prosecco and £19 a bottle to buy! Minimal choice of spirits at £2 a glass extra price! Only thing available for free was house wine and beer. Food was mediocre with not much taste to has browns! DONT BOTHER and buy a better option in the airport!!!

service is very good, food mediocre, seats are comfortable.

Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.
For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.
