Great service from Martin, always happy to help and go the extra mile

We have been using Surestore Hamstead for the past 9 or 10 months and have been very happy with the service provided, its very clea , good facilities, etc. The staff are so helpful and must mention Chloe who was great and so helpful when my mobile phone was running out of battery which would have left me unable to access our storage unit. Chloe charged my phone for me whilst also accompanying me to our storage unit and opening it for us. Would hesitate to recommend Surestore for anyone wanting storage.
Great storage, perfect size for storing university stuff over the summer (we had the smallest unit). The chap that checked us in was very helpful and friendly. You don't need your own padlock for this place, it's all done via the app.
Excellent storage facility—everything was clean, well-organised, and easy to access. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. A special thanks to Mr. Evans, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly throughout. Highly recommended!
