Amazing place to work. Building is stylish, bright and modern. The team are always so helpful making it a really pleasant place to work and our move in was very smooth. Highly recommend this building to anyone looking for space.

Been at JQ Modern for a few years. The team are really accommodating and helpful. The building is spacious, big windows with alot of natural lighting and communal spaces are very modern and clean.

Worst homestay in JQ, 2 weeks deposit not refunded.. check in time is also a problem..

Moved in recently and the team have been exceptional, they couldn’t do enough for us. The facilities are great, especially the communal area, which the team are already making the most of (the coffee is a big hit). There’s a real sense of community here, which has made settling in really easy. Huge thank you to Siobhan and Linda for all their support.
