I was a member of Cubo, but unfortunately my experience with the company has left me sufficiently disappointed that I have now cancelled my membership. The issue arose after I recommended Cubo to a colleague who was looking for workspace in Birmingham. He had previously visited me at the Cubo offices for a meeting, and based on that experience was interested in joining Cubo. The prospective customer subsequently contacted Cubo directly through their website. When a referral was later formally submitted, Cubo refused to recognise it on the basis that the customer had already made contact with them. What makes this particularly frustrating is that the customer subsequently confirmed directly to Cubo, in writing, that I was the person who originally referred him to Cubo, and explained that my recommendation was why he became aware of Cubo and ultimately made the enquiry. Despite this, after more than four months of chasing the matter and being given various holding statements, I was ultimately told that the matter was closed and that Cubo would not pay the referral fee. I find the way this was handled extremely disappointing. I would have expected a company whose business relies on relationships and referrals to take a more reasonable approach when the person who generated the lead has explicitly confirmed what happened. For me, it wasn’t simply about the referral fee. It was about how a paying customer and genuine advocate of the business was treated when a relatively straightforward dispute arose. The way the matter was handled has completely undermined my confidence in Cubo, and ultimately led to me cancelling my membership. Potential customers and members should be aware that this was my experience with Cubo and its referral process.

We've had a fantastic experience at Cubo. The office space is always clean, modern, and well maintained, creating a great environment to work in. The team is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. One of the standout features is the variety of events and pop-ups that are regularly organised. They bring the community together, provide great networking opportunities, and encourage us to step away from our desks and connect with others throughout the building. It creates a vibrant atmosphere that makes coming to work enjoyable. A brilliant workspace with a real sense of community – highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
