Worst homestay in JQ, 2 weeks deposit not refunded.. check in time is also a problem..

Moved in recently and the team have been exceptional, they couldn’t do enough for us. The facilities are great, especially the communal area, which the team are already making the most of (the coffee is a big hit). There’s a real sense of community here, which has made settling in really easy. Huge thank you to Siobhan and Linda for all their support.

Moving my business to JQ Modern has been a really positive step. All of the staff have been incredibly supportive, helpful, and I’ve never felt too much trouble. It is such a beautiful space and the sky lounge is a great space to get away for a moment of peace. It’s also always beautifully kept! Reception is always secure and whenever you’re there you feel incredibly safe. I am incredibly lucky to call it my work home.

Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with JQ Modern, who is more than happy to help out.

Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with JQ Modern.
