Fantastic office building in Birmingham. The building is very clean and modern, with great facilities for everyone to use. The management team are friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything you need. There’s a real sense of community here, and the location couldn’t be better with great coffee spots and amenities nearby. Building is very secure and safe, feel right at home.

Firstly, the premises are not adequately secured; there is very easy access to all doors around the building. Additionally, there is a foul odor, akin to sewage, on every floor, which contributes to an overall unpleasant environment. In some areas, hanging unsecured electric cables, there are also traces of asbestos! raising concerns about safety and how it is being managed. Moreover, the maintenance manager??? who appears to be proactive, was unable to fix a small water boiler in our office despite three attempts, ultimately, another technician had to come and successfully repair it. Therefore, I do not recommend this place. While it may seem cost-effective, it does not guarantee professional service or proper maintenance.

The JQ Modern building is a fantastic place to work. It’s modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed with spacious layouts that make the environment feel open and welcoming. The meeting rooms are excellent - well-equipped, comfortable, and perfect for both internal collaboration and client presentations. One of the standout features is the abundance of natural light throughout the space, which really enhances the atmosphere and makes the workday more enjoyable. The staff here are genuinely lovely - friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The building also hosts regular networking events, which are a great opportunity to connect with others, share ideas, and build relationships across different industries. It’s a vibrant, inspiring place to be!

Moved in this year and our experience has been nothing but extraordinary. Lounge areas and offices are stunning, large windows across the whole building giving lots of natural daylight. The management team are so friendly, responsive and always willing to help, making our experience smooth and stress free. They throw amazing networking events too and pop ups each month. Love it here thanks guys
