Went to Dockside in Egerton House , best venue we have been to in a very long time placed was amazing staff were Wonderful

Trying to simply contact the reception is close to frustrating. They have this habit of not answering the phone most of the time and when it rings for more than 8 times you get cut off. Eventually when it does get answered the receptionist makes the usual excuse of there being a 'fault in the system' when it's more likely they just can't be bothered to take calls from people. How is this even conducive to presenting a professional image to potential customers? What is going on?

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Egerton House.
