We can highly recommend the team at Bairstow Eves, Billericay. It has been approximately 30 years since we sold a house, the team were always more than happy to answer any questions we had and were very responsive to emails. Initial dealings were with Matt, then Justin and Tina, all 3 were very professional at all times and kept us very well informed throughout the whole process. Thanks for all your help.

The team at Bristow Billericay were great, I can't complement Matthew and Tina enough. They helped me so much through the sales process especially when we hit a number of stumbling blocks which delayed matters. They were very supportive and understanding and stepped in when they had to. The house was sold quick for a market which isn't the best and were informative throughout the process. Great team.

I have been a tenant with baristoves, and my experience has been frustrating. From the start of my tenancy, I was not provided with the correct parking badge for my designated bay, even though parking is included in my rent. Despite raising this issue on 17 September and following up multiple times, it remains unresolved. As a result, I have received two PCNs and have had to park in visitor spaces, which has caused inconvenience. Not being able to use the parking space I am paying for monthly has affected my peace of mind and caused stress. While I appreciate that the agency submitted an appeal on my behalf, the core issue — providing the correct parking badge — has not yet been addressed. I sincerely hope that by seeing this review, someone from the team will contact me to resolve this problem promptly
