Launched in 2019, it is the UK�s first PassivHaus Plus workspace, and is an iconic building based in Elmsbrook, a rapidly expanding zero-carbon eco-village. Run by the team at TownSq Spaces the building offers coworking spaces for freelancers, homeworkers, and employees fed up of the London commute, and offices for growing teams or hosting bespoke events, the Eco Business Centre is as flexible as you need it to be.

As you walk or cycle down Charlotte Avenue, you will see the Perch Eco Business Centre on the right hand-side. The front door will be open and is located on the south-west side of the building. A member of the team will be at front desk to greet you.

Perch @Eco Business in Bicester is an excellent co-working space. I really appreciate the free on-site car park, which makes access super convenient. Inside, there are plenty of breakout areas for informal chats or a change of scenery. The pricing is very reasonable, and the unlimited tea and coffee is a great bonus. I also value the large desk monitors available to plug in my laptop – they make working for long hours much more comfortable. Overall, it’s a well-thought-out, professional, and welcoming environment to get work done.
