I was recommended this agent as I had never heard of them. I was looking for a property that required some specific criteria. Unlike several agents that seemed to send me anything my criteria was always included. Becky was so helpful to me when I found a place. I would highly recommend this company. Their office, in Little Common, is unusually relaxing from the time you walk, but extremely efficient.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic experience buying our first home! We recently brought our first home through bexhill estates and the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. The team were professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive throughout the process. As first time buyers, we had lots of questions, and they always took the time to explain everything clearly and keep us updated every step of the way. Communication was excellent calls and emails were answered quickly, and we always felt like we were in good hands. We had the lovely Alex show us round for the 4 viewings we had she was amazing with our little boy and kept him occupied so we could have a proper look around on all 4 occasions, She was also very on the ball with any questions we had.
