Great stay here at Nottingham. Dhillon on reception was a great guy, helped us check in smoothly, a credit to the village hotel. Sheila and the team in the restaurant where very friendly and helpful and made the breakfast experience enjoyable. Food was great, overall a Great stay at the village. I would highly reccomend

Breakfast was great. Sheena, Nina and Hayley were very attentive. Teka was the cook and cooked us some delicious fresh fried eggs, mushrooms and the tomatoes were so sweet! Room was very comfortable - prefer softer pillows but was ok. We didn’t have anywhere to hang the bathroom towels though - so had to just use the hook on the back of the door and the mirror near the door! Didn’t eat in restaurant as TV was on but could have had Room Service and there were takeaways nearby. Pool in the evening for Adult Swim time was lovely. Shower in room good.

Stayed for one night. Room was great size and really comfy bed. Stayed in 318. The amount of walking to get to it was crazy! Never walked ao much in my life in a hotel. Staff were welcoming, partucularly the staff overnight 24th october. The Beer was great at the Bar. The DJ however needs to realise he has a microphone, and therefore doesnt need to scream down it.. (my husband and his friends DJ in the top clubs in magaluf, and they couldnt believe how loud he was considering its a hotel bar) The only thing that let the stay down was breakfast!!!!!! Stayed at village hotel near me many times, but rhe breakfast here was cold, bacon barely cooked, bread stale. Coffee machine not working, most the tabkes were dirty so we found an empty table and promptly got told it wasnt set up, we said it was fine . The overly loud woman proceeded to tell us where we could sit as a group of 4.. (2 tables of 2) we said no thank you we want to sit together, she wasnt very happy about that. Honestly quite shocked. But we continued regardless. Probably wouldnt stay here again.

A special mention goes to **Aimee at reception**, who was absolutely fantastic\! She was friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making a real difference to my stay\. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and such great customer service\. Staff like Aimee really make a hotel stand out, and she is a real credit to the team\. Thank you for a great experience\. I would happily recommend the Village Hotel Nottingham and look forward to visiting again\!
