Quite a small spa but everything was as it should be. If you want a relaxing 60-90 minutes then it’s good for that.
Room and hotel are OK, but I was there on a work trip, and the internet is HOPELESS. Was seeing under 1 Megabit at times - if you are nostalgic for the days of dial-up internet then this is your place, but if you need to get any work done in your room then avoid!

Room was robbed while we were out for the evening. Apple Watch, iPhone, AirPods, and a Kindle were stolen. Appears our room was entered (with a key; the door was not forced) and burgled soon after we left at 4pm, so quite targeted. Rooms are not secure. First time in our lives this has happened in the hundreds of hotels we’ve stayed at. Stolen items were visible on FindMy location app at two different addresses less than a half mile from the hotel, reflecting a neighborhood in decline around a High Street that feels dodgy at best. Night manager was unhelpful, disbelieving and said to come back in the morning. The morning manager, Tom, was much more helpful. However, we still cannot recommend this hotel.
