Originally I did one star purely because of the management company and air conditioning issues but I can whole heartedly give the local branch of Bath 5stars. The onsite team are excellent and really do everything they can to help and assist.

Dreadful company, who will continually bill you for services that you weren't aware you signed up for, then can't leave because their customer services doesn't exist. I have "cancelled" my "membership" twice, and they are still sending me new invoices and threatening emails. They prey on small companies, because those are the ones that use their services, and they know can't afford things like legal fees when they threaten you. They are a dreadful company with no morals or ethics.

Avoid like the plague! Dreadful company. They will bill you incorrectly, then even when you do pay, they will continue to incorrectly bill you, add on late fees, then not respond to any form of contact. I used an office space once, back in may, and have been paying for it ever since! Use a cafe, your car, sit on the street using 5g tethering if you have to, but don't use this company.

Lovely staff on site but terrible management. Billing wrong for the first two months. Get you to join with enticing price and then increase pricing massively when you are captive. The air conditioning breaks for nearly a month now. No compensation and no communication on when it will be fixed. They have a no contact policy with management so you can’t complain about anything. I would think very carefully about signing up with this group because they don’t value their customers.
