Barnsgrove is a place I always look forward to returning to. From the warm welcome to the beautiful surroundings, it has everything you need to make time away from the office feel worthwhile. We’ve really enjoyed using Barnsgrove for our team days and training sessions. It’s a great environment to bring people together, get some headspace, and leave feeling refreshed and motivated.
I’ve been lucky enough to visit Barnsgrove several times now, both as the guest of a member and for a number of business events, and every visit has been a real treat. The setting is beautiful and the whole place has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s relaxed and inviting, yet every detail has been thoughtfully designed. The interiors have a gorgeous, understated Mediterranean feel with natural textures, beautiful fabrics and incredibly comfortable spaces that make you want to stay all day. The meeting and private event rooms are excellent, with everything you need to work professionally. The dining area is stunning and the food has been exceptional every time. A special mention to Orlando, who took the time to talk us through the menu and made the whole experience feel even more personal. There are plenty of comfortable corners to settle in with a laptop, whether you’re meeting clients or simply getting some work done, and the coffee (and cakes!) are every bit as good as you’d hope. On sunny days, the terrace is a lovely place to sit with a drink and enjoy the countryside. Every time I leave Barnsgrove I feel completely spoilt. It’s one of those rare places that manages to combine beautiful design, fantastic food, excellent facilities and genuinely friendly people. I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommended.
Upon arrival it's quite impressive but I found the whole experience a bit dystopian if I'm honest. I've been to Barnsgrove a few times - a company event and as the guest of a member. It's set in a lovely location but the remoteness of it seems to present a challenge in that each time I've been, there's never been any one there and I found that it was a bit weird sitting in a massive space with no atmosphere. If that's what you're into then great, but wasn't for me.
A beautiful space to work in the middle of the countryside. Everything is finished to the highest level with a gym, fitness studio and bar/restaurant onsite.
I attended the event: the Buy Fewer, Buy Better with Ginnie Chadwyck-Healey at Barnsgrove. Barnsgrove never fails to surprise me with interesting events, a wonderful networking opportunity, superb food and a marvellous atmosphere. I also stopped for lunch with an exquisite salad that ticked all my dietary requirements and was very tasty! I will be attending all future events as it was well worth the money. And I thoroughly recommend it if you are thinking of attending the next event!
