We have been using First European Logistics for our regular shipments between the UK and Europe and have been extremely impressed with the service provided. A particular mention must go to Rachel, who consistently goes above and beyond to support us. Communication is always excellent, with regular updates provided throughout the shipping process, even when delays occur that are outside of anyone's control. Rachel is proactive, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us find solutions when challenges arise. Bringing a car over from the Channel Islands, I found new rules meant I needed the services of an Import Broker. Having no idea what that meant or what to do, I contacted First European Logistics Ltd. After discussing my situation with Cameron, he was able to explain everything I needed to know in a friendly and professional manner, while not making me feel like a complete novice (- which I obviously was). The service was quick and efficient. Everything was clearly explained there were no hidden or unforeseen costs.

However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all.
