They sent the import document 6 hours late, which meant the truck couldn't unload the goods on Friday. Because of their mistake, the truck wasn't unloaded until Monday at 2:00 p.m., and they refuse to pay compensation!! I do NOT recommend them!!
Great service, super fast. Managed to phone up with an offer of a lorry with just an hour's notice, and got it to us from Spain to London with no hassle at customs in just 4 days. Would 100% use again
