5 stars is not enough for what Imogen, Beth and the team managed to achieve for us! We had travelled to Ukraine to purchase and export a car back to England. We thought we had all of the correct paperwork but after 8 hours at the border we got rejected and essentially trapped inside Ukraine! We rang countless companies and they all said they couldn’t help, until we found First European. Beth knew what to do straight away and Imogen was able to get us all of the correct paperwork and after another 7 hour border crossing we managed to leave. Once in Dover we had to visit the Inland Border when again, Beth and Imogen both handled the paperwork for our import and had us on the road within an hour. No company I’ve ever dealt with has been as good as this, and we owe the entire trip to them. Thank you all so much.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Business First.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
