How do I access the MyHub Building?
Access to the building is via the Salto app. After you buy your first product you will receive an email from Salto to download the app and set up your account (therefore please check your junk mail folder).
The app will create a digital key which can be downloaded to your smartphone or accessed through the app.
To enter the building, open the digital key, hold your phone up against the access panel to unlock the door Quick TIP: Please ensure Bluetooth is activated on your device Note: Guests to Meeting Room bookings will be provided a door access pin code via email (if an email fo each guest is provided). The PIN is valid for 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after the start time of the booking
If you did not receive the email from Salto or have any other issues getting building access, please raise a query via the App or Website and someone will get onto it.
