Although I did not end up booking a space at Bizspace Ashford, I am happy to provide a review for future potential customers. Right from the beginning, my interactions with Zoe Barnes, centre manager was very positive. She has been responsive, approachable and extremely understanding of my company's needs. She is a very good communicator and helped me secure my deposit back from the HQ when I was unable to go through with the agreement. The space is appropriate for many businesses and looks professional. I would highly recommend contacting Zoe Barnes to discuss your business needs.

My experience with BizSpace has been deeply disappointing. Initially, the staff come across as very friendly and accommodating, but that quickly changes once you sign the contract. After that, they seem more interested in enforcing their power rather than providing good service. One of the biggest issues is the complete lack of consistency between what they say and what is actually written in the contract. Promises made during discussions often don’t match the terms of the agreement, leaving tenants feeling misled. This lack of transparency makes it difficult to trust the company. Integrity is another major concern. The staff do not seem to have any accountability, and once you’re locked into a contract, they become far less helpful or cooperative. It feels like their goal is to get you to sign rather than build a lasting business relationship. Overall, I would not recommend BizSpace to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy office provider. Their approach is misleading, and once you’re committed, they show little interest in fair treatment or customer service. Proceed with caution.

We have an office in Bizspace to save money and admin on several services. It's a great office. Clean and you get to connect with so many other businesses. Parking can be an issue if you are not early. But management is trying to sort something out.
