I moved my business into The Nexus about a month ago and it's already been one of the best decisions I've made this year. The push came during the heatwave — my old office got so hot I couldn't focus, and I was losing whole working days by staying at home instead. No such problem here: the office stays cool and comfortable, and my productivity is right back where it should be. The other big draw is that everything is genuinely included in one price. The gym, showers, focus pods and meeting rooms all come at no extra cost, and even the coffee and bottled water are provided. No hidden extras, no surprises on the bill. Great facilities, a comfortable place to work and excellent value. Highly recommended to any business looking for office space in Colchester.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with CDL Personnel, specifically with an agent named Jack. After politely informing him that I had urgent work and could not take a shift, he responded with a series of personal insults. He resorted to name-calling, body-shaming, and mocking my language skills. It is shocking that a recruitment agency allows its staff to speak to drivers in such a derogatory and discriminatory manner. If you value being treated with respect, I suggest looking elsewhere. I have screenshots of the verbal abuse and will be taking this matter further.
Attended a train course here on the 20th of Feb, fantastic amenities, great space to work in, would highly recommend for anyone looking for a space with a high end feeling, with plenty of options.
