The whole experience has been very positive from the outset. The moving-in process was straightforward and painless, and any queries or minor issues we raised were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The quality of the space itself is excellent and the building feels well maintained, professional and welcoming. It gives us a really good working environment and, equally importantly for us as a business, somewhere we are happy to bring clients and visitors. Ellie on reception has been brilliant. She is always friendly, helpful and accommodating, and nothing ever seems too much trouble. Jonny has also been extremely helpful whenever we have needed anything from a maintenance point of view, and things are generally dealt with very quickly. The communal areas are consistently clean and well presented, and the building as a whole feels well managed. Communication has been good and there is a genuine sense that the team care about the experience of the businesses working here. Overall, moving here has been really easy and we are very happy with both the quality of the space and the level of service we have received.

Great space for our small team meeting. We reserved the ground floor table for half the day which is in a very bright area with floor to ceiling windows. We moved to a small meeting room upstairs later in the day which worked well for our discussions. Staff on reception (Lucy and Nina) are excellent - very helpful and accomodating. There's a car park too and just across the road from the train station. Quick and easy to walk into town for a team lunch.
