Do yourself a favour and ignore all the reviews from 7 and 8 years ago - I can actually believe it could have been alright back then. The recent reviews are more accurate and a truer reflection on the state of that building and how it is managed. This is a fraction of what myself and other tenants I spoke to had to deal with: - Never given a post box key or told there was a mail room when joining. I found out about the mail room when a bailiff from Trafford Council knocked on (while I was on a call with a client!) and said business rates were due and they had been sending post about it. Bear in mind that I am exempt due to office size and they told me that it would be sorted out on move in. - Horrendous internet. It's by design - and while it's included in your bills, when you mention the speeds, they have a miraculous solution that works out to £160 (inc VAT) per month for a 100mb line. They can turn the "Free trial" on within 10 minutes - but you must suffer the internet speeds or otherwise pay. - Filthy and it smells. I mean there aren't many businesses left in that place, but those that are there - I don't know what they cook or eat - but the hallways have a distinct smell of old food and nothing is done about it when it's flagged. The toilets are disgusting at the best of times and the mess can stay there for days at a time. I have only ever seen the cleaner on a Friday. It's gross. - General incompetence by management. I was there a year (by the way - they want 3 months notice to move out, even at the end of your lease - lucky I spotted that!) - but in that time I had 3 building managers, the latest of whom sits on Facebook all day and doesn't help or do anything to improve the building. We still had Christmas decorations up in February. The café has been closed for 5 years and just sits in the lobby as a white elephant. They also got rid of the vending machine. It can take upwards of 3 weeks to get a reply you send directly to her - even with chasers. - Deposit. The main reason for my review today is that we're now in month 3 since I moved out. It took a month for me to receive my move out documentation - where they actually tried to charge me for 3 months of additional mailbox usage in case I needed to nip in and grab post (£150 for a post box I didn't know I had and they wanted the key for on move out!). It was £40 to take a tiny vinyl logo off the front window which I missed on move out. Even with that, we're now in month 3 of waiting for the deposit, and obviously Candy Crush is more important because the management is only now sending a request to head office to see where my deposit is - 3 weeks after my last email to her. The place is run worse than the Congo under Belgium rule. If you are a small business looking for an office I would sincerely recommend you look at some of the other offerings in the area - don't let the lower price persuade you because it's just not worth it or conducive to productivity, growth or prosperity. If you do go for a viewing, ask to speak to other tenants (if you can find any left) before committing. EDIT: 1 YEAR UPDATE Down below I've been told to contact the site manager! The site manager is too busy playing Farmville to respond to emails.. However, she actually emailed me today saying she'd love me back - times must be tough! I would say turn it into an animal sanctuary but that would be cruelty to animals!

Used the meeting room at BizSpace Altrincham. Very clean and tidy and there was a lady on reception waiting for us as we arrived. She was very friendly. Will definitely use the meeting room here again. We were also made aware that there are multiple BizSpace locations around Manchester all that have meeting rooms to use.

Flexible terms and adaptable spaces make it a smart option for growing businesses. 24/7 access and free parking is something that isn’t offered at many business centres.
