Space was good enough was just a shame I had to double check every time I got billed since there was a tendency to be overcharged. On top of this, I had to wait 3 months before I received my deposit back, which is supposed to be refunded within 30 days max. After having to ring numerous departments on numerous different occasions, the company finally decided to give me my money without any proper reason why it took so long. However, they would only do this on the basis that I waited an extra month so it aligned with the next months payroll. When asked if it could be done sooner, considering I had already waited 2 months, I was told there was nothing that could be done. I found this both unacceptable and unprofessional, as it wasn’t a small amount of money and I didn’t even get an apology. Would not go back.

So where to begin with Regus and this awful experience at fast track house Stockton Read all the terrible trust pilot reviews but needed the virtual office space and decided to protect myself by paying monthly in advance on a pre-pay debit card that they can’t just randomly auto charge, which was the major complaints everyday on Trustpilot Low and behold second month In mail forwarding mysteriously appeared on my invoicing, on a ticket response they said it was an error even though on your online portal you have to actually physically tick that box for it to become a chargeable service. Quite frustrated that they couldn’t randomly auto charge my account they then came back and asked me for a retainer… because I hadn’t set up an auto charge card. Even though I was paying a month in advance I refused to pay this so they then called a refundable deposit the retainer “debt” and started pestering me through their debt collection debt… Low and behold the month after, just as everyone on trust pilot is experiencing, they started doubling invoicing me for the same month. Raised a ticket, no response, paid one of the invoices so my account is still and always has been a month paid in advance and in good standing Debt collection department back in touch now rolled the retainer up in a duplicate invoice and chasing me for £146 odd pounds they call “debt” and threatening to contact the credit bureau One of which is an accounting error one of which is a refundable retainer! Every month having to deal with this nonsense! Do yourself a favour and stay away from this absolute scam company. Go read the reviews on trust pilot before you have anything to do with this organisation… Just waiting for them to do something stupid like maliciously report me or the company to the credit bureau then we are going to sue the hell out of them
