Nice staff, friendly community…but management are powerless when it comes to money - whether it’s punitive ‘late payment fees’ or the struggle to get your deposit back. The friendly community vibe ends when you have to deal with the unseen greedy, short sighted upper management and accounts staff. The building blocks your mobile phone signals. Find somewhere else if you possibly can.

Great centre staff, but IWGwill do everything they can to take your money. I feel for the staff who do all they can but are beaten at every turn by a greedy corporate company.

I've had a fantastic experience at Basepoint. Sam Pask is absolutely brilliant and always goes above and beyond to help. She's a real credit to Basepoint. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and her professionalism and friendly attitude make a huge difference. Paul, the cleaner, does an excellent job keeping everything spotless, and Andy, the handyman, is also brilliant, always quick to help and keeps everything running smoothly. Nook, who works with Sam, is always helpful, approachable, and happy to assist whenever needed. Overall, it's been a great experience. The whole team is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. I would highly recommend Basepoint to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming workspace.

Used the business lounge. It was fine but the staff on the desk were loud and thrusty, it makes it hard to concentrate.

Went for a meeting with 2 companies, so it was convenient to have so many different businesses on the premises... Free coffee and free parking and the man and Lady on the desk were very friendly indeed and welcoming
