Regus - City Centre

My Wife was asked to go for assessment at Stuart House , We entered the building and the lady on the reception pointed us in the right direction which was the second floor before we went up in the lift we both needed the toilet which both facilities was very clean and tidy , We proceeded into the lift to the second floor and headed for Regus where the lady on reception told us to go , We went through the door to be met by two young ladies on the reception who pointed us to a room to get ready for the assessment there was a very pleasant lady in there who helped us and telling us who the assessor was going to be the young lady assessor came and got my wife and we went down to a room with her my wife has walking difficulties and was very understanding on the way she was as she wasn't very fast but we got to the room and sat down and had the meeting , As we got up to leave the assessor could see that she was slow and was a bit stiff but helped us as we got around to the desk the lady who helped us could see my wife was having difficulties and helped her to the toilet and also with us being parked in the carpark across the road she helped so we could get my car close to the door to pick her up so she didn't have to walk back to the car , I would like to say Many Many Thanks to all the lovely ladies and gentleman for your help today 10/4/26 Thank You

A great place to work, wonderful facilities, clean and secure. Hannah and Fleur are always there to help if needed, and they are very friendly. There is access to the gym, which is so convenient.

Absolutely love coming to work here on a fortnightly basis. I have been visiting Regus Stuart House for over 2.5 years now and hiring the day room via our Occupational Health Company. The building and room is always clean and welcoming. Hannah and Fleur have always been a great help to me as well as a friendly faces. They are always on hand to help me when my clients arrive and provide them with the instructions i need them to follow pre appointment. We have bookings as a company with large numbers of Regus sites across the country and I can fully recommend Hannah and the team and facilities they provide. Thank you team Regus, your great work is appreciated always!!.

My experience with this centre has been extremely disappointing. I was misled during sign-up about key features such as parking and office customisation, only to be told later that these were not available. The office itself was unsuitable for professional use: no ventilation control, constant fan noise, poor soundproofing, and no proper privacy. The meeting rooms can only be booked on the same day, making them impractical for professional scheduling. The space was in poor condition on arrival, the printer was frequently unusable, and basic health & safety information was never provided. On top of this, I was billed almost £1,900 in under 20 working days, including an attempt to apply a third retainer — something I found unacceptable. Combined with numerous negative reviews about unexpected charges, this left me with no confidence in the company’s practices. Overall, the centre felt more focused on extracting money from tenants than on providing a professional environment. I cannot recommend it.
