The reception team at the centre are friendly and helpful whenever you ask for assistance, and I have no complaints about the staff on site. The sales representative was also very helpful and supportive when arranging the office and worked with me on the rental price, which I appreciated.
The office spaces themselves are decent, although they could benefit from better maintenance.
However, the internal policies and administrative procedures are unnecessarily tedious and frustrating.
My agreement ended on 31 January and I requested the return of my deposit on 4 February. According to their own policy, refunds are processed within 30 days of the request. That deadline has now passed and the refund has still not been received.
The centre team confirmed that the refund has been processed but that it will only be included in a future “payment run”, which effectively pushes the payment beyond the 30-day period stated in their policy.
What is particularly frustrating is the contrast with how payments are handled on their side: invoices are always issued well in advance and expected to be paid on time, and if you are late there are "late payment fees". Yet when it comes to returning a customer’s deposit, delays seem acceptable and no clear payment date is even provided.
I have had to chase this repeatedly and escalate the issue. For a company of this size, the process for returning deposits should be straightforward and timely, but that has not been my experience.
