I couldn’t in all honesty recommend Spaces Chalfont Park to any other business owner. The Centre team are well meaning but largely unsupported by Head Office when anything goes wrong. Heating and air conditioning systems regularly break, the grounds are unmaintained and embarrassingly overgrown, one of the lifts has been broken for months if not years and sockets in the co-working area remain unactivated after years of requests. The cleaning is superficial and unreliably performed. All in all, the customer experience is undervalued and on the slide.

A terrible company to deal with. They started my virtual office agreement with charging me for services I never used or agreed too. Then failed to send me a reminder for my upcoming virtual office agreement renewal. They sent the reminder 30 days after the renewal started so it was too late to terminate the contract which locked me in for a whole year. I’ve refused to paid and now have debt collectors wanting £2200. All for the use of a postcode. No one wants to help hence why this issue has gone so far! The worst business experience I’ve had!

Our company moved into Spaces - Chalfont in early April 2025. This was very much a temporary arrangement as we are predominately a homeworking business model. However, the service received from Sarah and Natasha on the reception desk has been outstanding and they make working here an absolute pleasure; so much so, that we have now committed to larger office space for a longer term contract.
