Don’t fall for the trap. I went here to get a temporary 6 month space as I was behind on paperwork and my office was being refurbed at home. I use it for 6 months all nice except the 1000 of cars that get dumped in the car parking and paying £6 a day to park. I then find out 6 months later it is a 12 month contract and I was not happy especially asking for 6. But my fault, I should have not trusted the salesman pushing me to sign the contract there and then Had to see out the contract but didn’t use it because my home office was done. I give 75 days notice to cancel but then when I checked I receive another 4 invoices into the following year which then to be told 2 1/2 notice is not enough and should be three I then get told I’m in for another 12 months and can’t cancel and must pay the full amount, I refused. Then got told they would put a CCJ against my company. I pay another 4 months worth of invoice (£560) and then they forgot to re instate my account for 5 months and now I’m landed with another (£745) I will have paid a FULL £ 3,714.6 for an office I used 6 months ago Just stay away it’s a scam and thinking of pushing to make more people aware. The only good thing is the receptionist who is the only person I can talk to who is real. But it’s not here fault
