My wife and I stayed only one night as we were traveling from Spain to Italy. We frequently travel to Spain to visit our children, but we won't be returning to this hotel. We chose this hotel because of its location near the highway. It's a three-star hotel that offered the bare minimum. We spent €118.00 for the room, and we had dinner at the on-site restaurant for €82.00. The hotel offers the bare minimum, meaning the very small room doesn't have a refrigerator, only ONE bath towel is provided per guest, and the bathroom only provides hand soap, and the shower gel container was almost empty. However, we asked for extra towels and they were provided without any problem. Initially, we had a problem with the electrical outlets in our room, which was promptly resolved by the receptionist. The food in the restaurant we enjoyed was quite good. One of the great things about it is that it's impossible for any of the hotel staff to speak a language other than French! In 2026, you should at least speak English! Only the reception staff do. I know that Italians aren't friendly to the French, but this makes me never return to this hotel. We encountered a certain amount of rudeness toward us; even in the morning, the lady at the buffet treated me rudely, muttering things about me in her French, so much so that I had to turn to the reception staff to resolve my issue. Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel is good.

For a three-star Ibis hotel, there are several things that need improvement. We booked a triple room for three adults, but we only had one double bed and an uncomfortable rollaway bed, and no access to the wardrobe. There was no toilet brush in the bathroom, and only one bedside table. Breakfast was rather meager considering the price. Disappointing.
