I went to C-NUM for a day of coworking. Parking is easy near the building, with free parking 100 meters away. The building is pleasant, somewhat untouched, with large staircases, large and small rooms. It has a touch of street art. For the coworking area, there's a perfect Wi-Fi connection, desks here and there. Quiet. A dining room is available. Coffee is provided. Now all that's left is to modernize the offices, including electrical outlets, USB ports, and more. And think about adding recessed areas between the desks and modular partitions to create sections. But the momentum is there, and we must continue. Finally, everyone I met gave me a warm welcome.

Very nice staff. Ok internet but there were a couple of short outages when I was there. €15 for 8 hours + €3 tax. Comfortable chairs.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with C-NUM.
