Honestly, not great! One star because we can't give it a zero. A sewer smell upon arrival, which isn't very appealing... The fridge doesn't work, nor does the Bluetooth speaker and the light in the steam room. For the jacuzzi, you have to choose between jets or bubbles because you can't have them on simultaneously. Some nozzles are also broken. The remote control for the LEDs is broken. Everything is done in defiance of common sense: the meters and filter under the sink are visible, the LED connections in the mirror are coming loose, and there's no switch. A Nespresso coffee maker and only two capsules, no bathrobe (even though there's a photo on the website), so two towels that also smell bad, and no nightstand: a feeling of incompleteness... €179 per night without breakfast, even in "the most beautiful square in Avignon," is really expensive and a complete shambles! Clearly, excellence is far from being there 😱🫣

A very nice experience. The connection is cozy. Ideal for relaxing and resting. The sleeping area and bathroom can be closed off with a curtain that blocks out the rest of the room. The jacuzzi is perfect, as is the steam room... The sauna is perhaps superfluous... A coffee machine is available with capsules and a kettle. Glasses too. There's a small, "great" fridge. Even though you can't see in or out, the glass doors and windows give the impression of a significant amount of privacy. I think adding a curtain like the sleeping area would be nice. But I totally recommend it and will come back.

We discovered excellence for the first time and this is not an empty word, we were charmed by this place and its services to such an extent that we decided to come back every month to recharge our batteries, really congratulations to the owner who, to put the cherry on the cake, is really kind.

We had an absolutely perfect weekend at L'EXCELLENCE AVIGNON! The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, ideal for a couple. Located in the heart of the city center, everything is nearby, which is very convenient. The owner is extremely friendly and accommodating, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The amenities are high-quality, and we particularly enjoyed the private jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. We slept wonderfully in this little cocoon of comfort. I highly recommend this place for a romantic and relaxing stay. Thank you for everything!

As a Christmas present, we received a call to inform us that the jacuzzi was not working and to postpone our arrival. We cannot do it, upon our arrival, as cold outside as inside, the heating did not work enough to warm the place, a smell of sewage all night in the room, no response from the owner, despite several calls and messages. Cumulus security group which flows continuously, very noisy, does not correspond to the site. No slippers, no Nespresso coffee, coffee maker does not meet expectations, sauna, not exceeding 30°, leak from the hammam, no shower kit, poor quality sparkling wine, bluetooth speaker not working, etc....
