This is not a coworking space! It's a breakfast room
Jan 22 2024
Very good reception, wifi ok for video. Several tables are available in the entrance hall, coffee machine available (breakfast part of the hotel). A little noise but that's normal for a hotel, 10 minutes walk from the bus station, I recommend!

I agree with the previous comment: this is absolutely not a coworking space. This is the Adagio hotel lobby, which the owner decided to monetize by charging €12 for half a day / €20 for a day for an electrical outlet on a large table around which all the hotel guests also come to relax, prepare their city tours, make phone calls, etc. The housekeeping staff comes and goes with trolleys, guests come and go... Hotel life in itself, but therefore not at all suitable for coworking. I think the hotel guests were even wondering what we were doing there. Finally, but this is almost anecdotal compared to the rest, the Wi-Fi connection wasn't optimal, and our video conference meetings cut out several times. The city of Aix-en-Provence has plenty of other (real) coworking spaces that are much more suitable... which I was able to test because I only stayed here for half a day (impossible to bear any longer). Besides, any other ordinary café will be less noisy and more suitable for teleworking than this place, which is, I repeat, the hotel lobby (I think I still have trouble believing it myself, but suddenly I tell myself that I could probably make my cellar profitable by putting a table, two chairs and charging 20 euros a day).

I never write reviews usually but felt compelled. This is just a hotel lobby. Shocked that I have paid 20 euros for this. Completely overpriced very noisy and not enough desks. Most importantly NOT a coworking space!!!!! Update: I was refunded for my visit
While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.
With a monthly membership, Wojo Aix-en-Provence - Adagio Center offers 24/7 access to its workspace, allowing you to work at any hour that suits your schedule. Hourly and day passes, however, typically grant access during regular business hours only.
Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Wojo.
Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.
For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.
Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.
While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Wojo may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.
