A workspace that's both calm and friendly, with an atmosphere conducive to concentration during the day and bursts of laughter at lunchtime. The offices are spacious, run by welcoming and attentive owners. The location is ideal, right in the center of Nantes, with all the shops you need for grabbing lunch or going out at the end of your workday. I highly recommend working here!

If you're looking for a coworking space, there's no hesitation; Ile Fait Beau is THE place to be! Here are a few more reasons to convince you: - an ideal location, just a stone's throw from Place du Commerce, right in the city center, with all amenities nearby, including tram lines 1, 2, and 3, - a wide selection of takeaway options less than 5 minutes away for those lazy days when you don't feel like cooking (and for the more motivated, there's plenty to heat up ;) ), - very well-appointed offices in a building worth a visit and full of old-world charm, - a calm atmosphere during work hours and a friendly atmosphere during break times, - a good Wi-Fi connection (that's important! ;) ), - and all this for a very affordable price! In short, a coworking space where it's great to work! PS: I don't own the place, just a resident who's very happy to have found an office there. Interested? Hurry, there aren't many spaces left! ;)
