I had the pleasure of spending a couple of nights celebrating New Year's Eve in Toulouse. We received a very warm welcome, the room was clean and had everything we needed (hair dryer, coffee, towels, etc.). We were well located (a 20-minute walk from the Capitole) with plenty of bikes, scooters, and the metro nearby. We had access to all the hotel's amenities, such as the rooftop terrace, gym, and restaurant/bar. I highly recommend The Social Hub!

I had a very good night's sleep in this nicely decorated hotel; the room was very nice, and the reception was perfect. My only complaint is that I found the breakfast average for a 4-star hotel.

A superb discovery! A very welcoming, dynamic, and social place (it lives up to its name). We were greeted with courtesy and professionalism. There's always someone at reception to answer your questions or address your needs. The room was magnificent, very clean, and comfortable. The view from the rooftop is lovely. A little anecdote about our short stay (1 night): we had room 0146. We took the elevator to admire the view, and it was only when we were coming back down that we realized our room didn't exist 😳. The button on the ground floor only indicated room 0145 😂. We had a good laugh about it and absolutely loved it! (I hope they don't change it and keep this MYSTERY room 😁😍) We had booked the buffet breakfast for the next day; Very friendly and well-stocked. There's something for everyone.

Très bon emplacement, chambre calme mais le lavabo dans la chambre n’est pas bien placé. Les moisissures dans la douche et les shampoings et soins en anglais sont un peu difficiles à accepter. L’aménagement dans la chambre est peu pratique mais le matelas est très confortable. Pour le petit déjeuner il y a un manque d’organisation
