The staff are very friendly, but the internet is extremely unreliable; we're losing clients and staff because of it. We've been reporting the problem for months, but they haven't been able to resolve it. It's ridiculous for a coworking space.

I support an adult with a motor disability (electric wheelchair) and, looking for a long-term coworking space, we visited the Cité de la RSE, full of hope: based on their name and their communication, including the wheelchair icon on Google Maps, we thought we'd find an accessible and welcoming space. Unfortunately, the only meeting room on the ground floor, which coworkers can use to isolate themselves during meetings or video calls, is not accessible. A few steps prevent wheelchair access. However, we remained hopeful because a minimal investment, accompanied by existing financial aid, would solve the problem. But we received a flat refusal, and more generally, none of the minimal adaptations we requested were accepted. Lamentable and disheartening. Please remove the wheelchair icon, which is false information and constitutes misleading advertising!

Our company has rented rooms at the Cité de la RSE several times and we are very satisfied! We are delighted to come and cowork here. We highly recommend this place, which is full of charm and has very welcoming and professional staff :)
