Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with U12 Coworking.

• Can I visit U12 Coworking before making a decision? If so, how do I schedule a tour?

  Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

• Can I change my membership if my needs or the needs of my team change over time?

  Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

  While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, U12 Coworking may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at U12 Coworking? How about for a day or a month?

  At U12 Coworking, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs and Meeting Rooms are also available. In addition, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can also be booked on a monthly basis.

• Once I’m a member, can I store my belongings there overnight?

  Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.
