Great premises, however customer satisfaction and welcome could be significantly improved... don't think we'll be back, really a shame but there's more warmth and flexibility elsewhere...

We have booked the meeting room for 20 people several times. From a facility point of view, nothing to say, the room is spacious and very pleasant, as is the common area downstairs. On the other hand, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Nadine, the office manager, is very strict about schedules, rules, and payment, even to the point of being very unpleasant. It's a shame that the customer is not at the center of this business's concerns; we won't be coming back...

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Bureaux & Co.
