A very pleasant and always quiet place to work. Thank you to Johanna for her ever-warm welcome.

I'm a web advertising consultant based in Montpellier and Montreal (Quebec), and I own two agencies, so I'm often on the go. I had signed up for a multi-day coworking package at the Port Marianne location: attractive price, ideal location… but I was deeply disappointed by the way I was treated by the receptionist, whose attitude was completely unprofessional. Here are the facts: On one occasion: I left at 6:01 PM while I was working. The receptionist had already locked the doors. I had to go around, exiting in front of her as if I were an intruder, and received a curt remark. I understand that closing at 6:00 PM means 6:00 PM, but there's a way to treat a client. Meeting room payment: Every time I booked a room, I was asked to pay immediately upon arrival, without even being allowed to sit down. I explained to her that I needed to confirm the payment on my computer in the office, but no: I had to take my computer to reception and, sitting down, pay on the spot. I should point out that I've never had any payment delays. It's just incomprehensible. She could have let me go in and make the payment properly. Unsuitable opening hours: 9am-12pm / 2pm-6pm. For a workspace supposedly designed for professionals, freelancers, or parents with constraints (daycare, appointments, etc.), having to wait for reception to open to access the office is completely inconvenient. This applies both in the morning and between 12pm and 2pm. I had a conference call at 1:30pm and I had to do it outside... Frequent closures: The center was closed many times, sometimes once a month, without any real advance notice or alternative arrangements. Messages sent to coworkers in case of closure: “Only those with a private office will be able to access the center with their badges.” In other words: if you're in a coworking space, you're on your own. In short, between the way it operates and the reception, the experience at Port Marianne was very disappointing. However, there was a positive side: I then went to Bureau & Co in Lattes. And there, it was a completely different story: Exceptional, professional, and friendly service; they were attentive and involved in the life of the office. A pleasant working atmosphere, respectful of freelancers, entrepreneurs, and consultants. This more than makes up for it, but I remain extremely disappointed with the Port Marianne center. We're entrepreneurs, not students. Thank you.

The meeting room was not air-conditioned and had no windows. It was so hot that it was impossible to work without the door opening onto the hallway, which created privacy issues and caused disturbances to other tenants. Otherwise, the premises were clean, well-decorated, and well-served.

A place with very warm decor. The premises are well laid out on the 2nd floor.
While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.
Bâtiment Jacques Cœur operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly.
Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Bureaux & Co.
Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.
For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.
Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.
While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Bureaux & Co may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.
