The Factory! The welcome was very warm! A superb place where I found all the concentration I needed to work! The break was very pleasant thanks to the hot and cold drinks available, as well as various sweet snacks. I stayed all day and this place allowed me to be very productive! I highly recommend it!!

The coworking staff are lovely, attentive, welcoming, and committed to making the space comfortable and pleasant (I have a year-round contract with the coworking space, and I feel right at home). However, I regret that none of the equipment is ergonomic: no desk that allows me to work standing up, for example, a classic chair like I might have in my living room, and heavy wooden tables. I did ask if it would be possible to consider installing an ergonomic desk; however, I didn't hear back from the manager, who is there to collect documents and collect my monthly payments. What a shame. Also, yesterday it was extremely hot: there's no air conditioning and only two fans available for the entire coworking space! It's hard to imagine working properly in these conditions... In short, a pleasant and friendly space that could use some adjustments in terms of comfort given the price!

I love this place. Every time I come to Rouen, I buy 50 hours of work here. I like everything about this coworking. The ability to find a cozy corner to work with everything you need, WiFi, coffee, friendly staff. I think the quality/price ratio is ideal. I wish you further prosperity and will use the services of this coworking more than once!
