Hubsy is the place to go, when you need things done. The calm ambiance makes it super easy to focus. Also, the service is one of the nicest in the city. I definitely recommend.

The service was extremely unpleasant (some customers weren't any better, but that doesn't excuse everything). It's a shame because I'd only had good experiences until now. Otherwise, it's a pleasant place to work, but unfortunately too expensive for my liking.

Très belle adresse si vous voulez être au calme et travailler. Les boissons sont à volonté (le chai est très bon !) ainsi que de la nourriture. Je ne trouve pas ça exorbitant comme prix cela resté qualitative pour le lieu et se qu’il propose a volonté

We stepped into this place on a cold day, hoping to grab a warm drink and get some work done. As soon as we walked in, a lady who looked like she’d just woken up asked “Can I help you?” in a very rude tone. She then told us we weren’t allowed to sit until she finished explaining how their “co-working system” works, including the rates and long list of house rules. Honestly, it completely ruined the experience. If the place has such specific rules, it would be much better to have a clear sign in English at the entrance saying “Please speak to staff before sitting” or have someone welcoming guests at the door. After listening to her explanation, the entire setup felt more like entering a rehabilitation center than a café or co-working space cold, strict, and uninviting. We left immediately and luckily found a lovely coffee shop just a few blocks away where the staff were kind, welcoming, and even helped us find a cozy spot with outlets for our laptops. Hospitality makes all the difference and this place could really learn from that.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Hubsy Café & Coworking.
