A small hotel with pleasant and rather cozy decor, upgraded to a "luxury" room on the 5th floor overlooking a very quiet and pleasant courtyard. Quick check-in. Large bed and large bathtub. Very good breakfast with quality products. The initial welcome was rather cold. Upon arrival in the room, you had to ask for the heating. There were no light switches on one side of the bed, making it impossible to control the bedside lamp. The bathtub was clogged, and the toilet was right next to the window, which wasn't practical. I would call this a superior room, not a luxury one... €125 per night with breakfast is reasonable considering the minor flaws.

Beautiful and well-located hotel. The staff is very friendly. The room had everything we needed. We enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and the spa. They have maps of Paris, umbrellas available to borrow, and the team is very helpful. A dream weekend in the heart of the capital. Thank you to the whole team.

Theft in a Hotel Room A very disappointing experience at a 4-star hotel. We booked a room as a family. We were out during the day and didn't return until the evening. On the third day, my husband left his AirPods in the room without putting them in the safe. After all, you don't expect personal belongings to disappear in a 4-star hotel. That evening, we discovered that the AirPods were missing. We immediately reported the incident to reception. Using "Find My iPhone," we were able to see their location and informed the hotel. However, we were advised not to contact the police, as they wanted to investigate the matter internally. We were told to regularly forward the location via email. The following evening, we received a message stating that the hotel "couldn't do anything." By that time, the local police station was already closed. The hotel knew perfectly well that the housekeeping staff were responsible and offered no assistance whatsoever! Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel. Our sense of security and the way the incident was handled were very disappointing, especially considering the advertised hotel category.
