It does the job, but nothing extraordinary. The pros: convenient when arriving from Gare du Nord, clean. The cons: really small room, you can hear the neighbors clearly (above and to the side), the decor is very grayish and a bit cheap with stickers (depending on your taste), not very central or in the neighborhood, our TV was stuck on the hotel's advertising channel, very basic breakfast with minimalist tables where you end up back-to-back with your neighbor, and sometimes located in front of the courtyard door used by smokers, so you have to get up often (if you happen to be there during peak hours). I think the official photos are a bit misleading. Overall, I didn't understand why the hotel had 4 stars? Probably because of the spa, but we didn't try it. €600 for three nights… but it's Paris.

Very nice hotel, excellent staff, close to the Gare de l'Est train station. I booked two nights for my husband's birthday, and everything was perfect. I highly recommend it.

extremely pleasant stay and good location in Paris, easy to plan for visits and public transports. room spacious and very clean. kind personnel, available and a pleasure to talk with. good breakfast with gluten free options. I forgot my luggage in my room 20 minutes before my train ride and could go back and pick it up super promptly thanks to a quick call to reception. 10/10 recommend, will want to stay here again in the future.

A superb hotel for my return from vacation. I hope it keeps its stars this year... A word to the wise. The room looks brand new or newly renovated, but what extraordinary decor, I've never seen anything like it. I loved the lounge with the library where there was such a wide selection of intellectual books to read, especially important for such a starred hotel. Several choices of hot and cold drinks for breakfast; you have to appreciate them all. Delicious dishes to go with the drinks, of course! You don't know where to look first. It was a feast for the eyes, it opened my whole world, ah! starred hotels. Kisses to all the Parisian spinsters. The old man.
