Lieu magnifique au cœur du boulevard Haussmann – un cadre vraiment inspirant pour travailler. L’accueil à l’entrée est top, chaleureux et professionnel. Seul petit bémol : aucune boisson disponible dans la salle, ce qui peut vite manquer lors de longues sessions. Un détail à améliorer pour rendre l’expérience encore meilleure !

New premises and modern decor, but the customer experience falls far short of what was expected, with dirty restrooms all week long, a recurring lack of toilet paper, and almost non-existent office cleaning (in six months, the mop/vacuumer has apparently never been used in our office). Commercially, Flexo sells two hours of free meeting room space per day; in practice, these rooms are never available, and they cost money. The booths are booked up, and it's therefore common to have people on calls sitting in the hallways outside our doors. This seems to be on the verge of being resolved, but the Wi-Fi outages have been weekly for six months, the air conditioning hasn't worked all summer, and the heating isn't working. No customer feedback is requested, even though simple improvements could improve user comfort: coat racks in the showers so we don't have to put our belongings on the floor, double trash cans in the cafeteria to prevent daily overflow, etc.
