Following your response: Unfortunately, your team management problems are not my problem. I've wasted time, and we only have 5 days to retrieve our package, so frankly, I don't care about your excuse. ————————————————————————— It's 5 PM on a Saturday, and it's impossible to retrieve my package from the pickup point because there's no one there. Do you find that normal?

It took 45 minutes to get out of the parking lot last night! One lane was closed and the other had a terminal that wasn't working! No one came to help during all that time!!
