❌ Very disappointed with the management of Espace Goddard. I've been renting an office for several months, and unlike all the other spaces, ours has never been equipped with air conditioning. In the heat, it becomes uninhabitable and clearly unworthy of a professional space supposed to offer decent working conditions. Despite several reminders and complaints, no real effort has been made to remedy this situation. This is incomprehensible and frankly unacceptable for a business center of this standing. I do not recommend this space to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed workplace. Let's hope things change, but for now, it's a big disappointment.
