Upon arrival, we were met by security staff. We discovered that our room key card was demagnetized, making access impossible. The man was able to unlock the room remotely, but we had to ask him every time we left. The room wasn't heated when we arrived, and even after we turned it on, the heating never worked. This is unacceptable given the outside temperatures and the fact that we have a one-month-old baby. The security guard then lent us his portable heater. We were grateful to him for taking the time to help us. We had a very unpleasant experience and a terrible night. It was enough to make you sick when you leave this hotel. We will never return to this establishment.

If I could give this -5 stars I would. I came here with my family of 2 kids, 2 years and a 5 month old for two separate stays in a week. We first checked in on 9/13 and the room was cold and turned out we learned in the morning the heat was broken and a technician was coming the day we checked out. No use to us at all. We decided to check back in on 9/21 for 3 nights and checked if the heat worked, however, on the first night around 12am, the water completely shut off. The security guard on site told us there’s work being done in the basement and water will be off until 5am. We came back late from a family event and couldn’t shower, use the toilet, wash our hands, or anything. Ok.. we thought this is a one time thing so we complained in the am per the security guard’s suggestion. The next morning I filed a complaint to the manager, the women was typing and then she said sorry. That was it. My husband literally tripled checked AGAIN later in the afternoon to see if there was going to be any water maintenance happening and the male receptionist said NO so we decided to stay again. SHOCKER, that same night we got the kids to bed and not even midnight and the water was OFF AGAIN! Second night and my husband and I cannot shower, use the bathroom, wash our hands, get drinking water. We go down again and THERES NO WATER AVAILABLE IN THE ENTIRE BUILDING! HOW IS THIS EVEN LEGAL? The security guard’s looked and couldn’t find anything. Even he was baffled about the situation and was extremely apologetic. There was NO communication about the water being shut off at all, not even when we explicitly asked so we can plan ahead. Of course, we would’ve moved to a different hotel, we need working water! We tried to book another hotel but because it was so late everything was booked up or not accepting incomers. I witnessed several people come out to complain about the same exact thing. There’s only one security guard on hand who couldn’t help. He tried calling Ryan, the manager on duty and his phone was shut off. We ran into a woman who lives at the place, works there but was off duty and she was unable to help. WORST experience in my life. I’m never taking my family here again and I advise everyone to stay away at all costs! Just not worth the headache at all. Completely unacceptable management, horrible communication throughout the staff towards guests, and literally no one to help on site at night. Put a damn piece of paper at the very least to inform guests water will be off to prepare everyone. Buy water bottles in advance and place them outside each of the guests room. OR even better, CLOSE DOWN and refund guests until the water and heat issue is fixed to mitigate a biohazard situation, confusion, and wasting guests time 🤯 You’re telling me I can’t pee, poop, wash my hands for a room I paid for on a Friday and Saturday night between 12-5am on consecutive days?! Where can I get a lawyer for this?!
