This is by far the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. After we complained, they apparently moved the party to the room above ours, and the noise was even more deafening. We had booked two rooms, but upon arrival, they couldn't find the second one. So our rooms were on two different floors, one across from the other. We were traveling with three children and four adults, which was very inconvenient. The elevator is small, and the sensors seem faulty; the doors slammed shut as I was getting in, aggravating my back pain (I'm disabled). The showers are another problem. Water seeped through cracks and flooded the floor. Luckily, we were on the first floor. The beds are rock hard and absolutely uncomfortable. We get it's New Years but 3 am was late enough that it should have been quiet. ( In France it's between 10 pm to 7 am)

It's very cold, the heating doesn't work, there's hardly anything there, the lights don't work, the reception is unpleasant—an experience not to be repeated. The arcade doesn't work, there are insects, and the children were crying from the cold. The sheets are dirty, the bin is full when I arrived, the room is very dirty, there's a lack of staff, it's unprofessional, there's not enough decoration, we felt uncomfortable there, there's nothing to cook with, and the dishes aren't cleaned properly.

Cowool Cergy has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Cowool.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
