I sent several emails with follow-up messages, but received no response. I called the number listed on the website multiple times, but got no answer. I used their online form, but it doesn't work. Ultimately, it's impossible to cancel a room I booked by mistake.

It's impossible to make a reservation on their website even after registration. The interface is not intuitive, we don't understand anything. It's impossible to get someone on the phone, in short, I'm turning to another co-working space which I hope will be more understandable regarding the reservation procedures on their website.
