A place that breathes good vibes, with incredibly welcoming, friendly staff always ready to help. The decor is superb, and the atmosphere is great. You feel comfortable working, having a drink, or even staying overnight!

Family stay while passing through the region with a pet. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is generally clean, well-maintained, and very functional. We booked a family room: perfect for a short or medium-length stay. The bedding is comfortable, the dishes and the rooms are clean, with some well-designed storage: very satisfactory overall. The location is easily accessible. The parking is secure, and the hotel benefits from an excellent location: about twenty minutes from Belgium and only 15 minutes from Lille. The breakfast is varied and plentiful, served by a very pleasant and smiling hostess – you won't want for anything! The bar: excellent, highly rated, and readily available. Special thanks and a big thank you to the kind lady who thoughtfully brought coloring books for our two little ones during breakfast, while also showing us the hotel's "extras": a games room, a cinema room, board games, and even creative spaces where children and adults can draw on computers. We wish her all the best and hope to see her again at this hotel. Thanks again to the whole team for their warm welcome! The only slight drawback, beyond the hotel's control, is that the common areas are quite noisy. If everyone were a little more considerate, it wouldn't be a problem, but since not everyone is always on the lookout for quiet, some evenings can be a bit noisy and disturb other guests' rest. At reception: please remember to highlight the hotel's little extras (which make all the difference) :)
