The new Coroutine premises, just steps from the République metro station, are extremely pleasant and ideally located. The rates are unbeatable. It's undoubtedly the best coworking space in Lille. Attached is a photo of the inner courtyard, perfect for a short break in the snow.

Discovered this coworking space in early 2025, very friendly atmosphere, new premises in the city center near the train station and all amenities, affordable price, screen available, etc. In short, everything you could want in a coworking space with that little "extra" linked to the fact that it is self-managed and integrates the values of the social and solidarity economy.

The Coroutine team recently moved into new premises near République, in a friendly and easily accessible space! It's been a pleasure working there for a year now; we have everything we need, a great atmosphere, and an optimal working environment!

The new location is fantastic, a warm, beautiful, and functional office, very friendly people, and superbly situated… all at a great price of €160 per month.
