We stayed at the Novotel Centre des Halles as a family (3 adults and 3 children) and everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel is ideally located to fully enjoy the Christmas market, which we loved exploring. Our rooms were immaculate: clean, quiet, and connecting, which made our stay particularly comfortable. The breakfast was very generous and varied, and we even got to try several Alsatian specialties (stollen, bredelle, etc.)! A big thank you to Maria for her warm and attentive welcome (with mulled wine!), which truly made a difference. We highly recommend this hotel for a family stay in Strasbourg! 🎄PS: There's a play and reading area for children.

Leider würden wir nicht wieder kommen, da das Preisleistungsverhältnis für uns nicht gepasst hat. +Stadtnähe +Service +sauber -Zimmer (kein Pult, keine Bodylotion, kein Conditionner) -Bett sehr klein und Quietschd beim Drehen -Zimmer kalt trotz Heizen -TV hat nicht funktionniert

A very pleasant weekend; the room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was excellent and very complete! The hotel is well located, with all the main attractions within a 15-20 minute walk. This allows you to explore the city and discover some very nice restaurants. Returning to the hotel is a welcome respite from the crowds. The staff were fantastic, helpful, and professional. A very good experience, thank you!

Excellent location, a shopping center right next door, the train station not far from regular tram service, a vibrant city, close to everything: monuments, the parliament (a must-see), the cathedrals (absolutely essential), and the Petite France district. A very good hotel, I highly recommend it. Very efficient staff, warm, clean, and well-equipped room. Desk for working, spacious bathroom.

Convenient location: less than a 10-minute walk from the train station and the city center. The hotel is part of the Les Halles shopping center. The lobby, common areas, and bar are nicely decorated. I spent two nights in a room on the 5th floor: large, comfortable bed, separate door from the entrance hall, and separate toilet. Everything could use a refresh, especially the windows. Mine overlooked the river/cathedral: a lovely view, but noisy (cars, tram stops, etc.). Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. The staff was very friendly. In the end: expensive for what it offers.
