Everything was perfect, we were there as a family with a child.

The hotel is very well located, close to the city center and in a large building housing a shopping mall. However, there's a nightclub in the building, and the noise from the music is particularly disturbing at night. Especially since the music goes on until 5:00 AM! The rooms are also very poorly soundproofed, and you can hear everything that's happening in the neighboring rooms, as well as the rooms above and below.

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I made a reservation for 2 adults and 2 children and clearly requested a baby cot one month in advance. Despite this, I never received any response or confirmation. Upon arrival at around 9:00 PM, we were simply refused accommodation, causing us to lose the first night of our stay. Being left without a room late in the evening while traveling with children is completely unacceptable. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and offered no real help. Their so-called solution was to place us in separate rooms on different floors, which shows a total lack of understanding and responsibility toward families with children. This place is poorly managed and does not respect its guests. I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel, especially to families. Avoid it if you want to save yourself stress, wasted time, and disappointment.

The hotel is very well located at the heart of Strasbourg, easy access to all the attractions. However, it looks like the hotel needs some renovation. The carpet, for instance, was very dirty. Parking can be tricky if you can’t take a spot on Level One (hotel spots). Parking on Level 2 means carrying bags through some stairs.

This hotel is overpriced and underwhelming. For the amount charged, I expected much better service and overall quality. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t justify the high price at all. There are many better and more affordable options available. Not worth it.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Wojo.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
